Kuvala Hub is a Zambian multi-vendor fashion marketplace based in Lusaka. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use kuvala.co.zm, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account: name, email, phone, delivery address, profile photo.
• Seller onboarding: shop name, business details, payout account (Mobile Money or bank).
• Transactions: orders, cart items, wishlist, reviews, disputes.
• Payments: processed by our licensed payment partner — we store the reference and status, not full card details.
• Usage: device, browser, IP, pages viewed, referrer, cookies.

• Fulfil orders and connect Buyers with Sellers.
• Process escrow payments and payouts.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Send order updates, security alerts and (with consent) marketing.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
• Improve the marketplace using aggregated analytics.

We share only what is needed, with:

• Sellers — your name, delivery address and order details, so they can ship your order.
• Payment processor — to charge, refund and pay out.
• Delivery partners — where a Seller uses a third-party courier.
• Authorities — where required by Zambian law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and analytics cookies to understand how the marketplace is used. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time.

We keep order and payout records for as long as required by Zambian tax and financial regulations. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to handle disputes and chargebacks.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it. Payments are handled by a licensed processor and never touch our servers as raw card data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@kuvala.co.zm. You may also close your account from the Account page.

Kuvala Hub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email. Continued use of the marketplace after an update means you accept the revised policy.
